The main reason I bought this book was Rick Riordan’s review then closely followed by the synopsis. I just trust Rick Riordan’s book opinions so much.
I was honestly considering in giving this book 5 stars but I feel like there’s more to the story than what’s in this book. I’m still looking for something that I really can’t define at the moment. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the book but I crave for more adventure. I’m totally recommending this as a Summer-Must-Read.
I love the concept of myths and Atlantis. The connection of the royal family of Atlantis to the heroes of the series, also known as the SELECT. The adventures and discoveries are well written. The magical forces that are mentioned in the books are so awesome that it makes me think of my love for the Percy Jackson series.
This is a great start for a good series and I can’t wait for the next books. I’m just hoping that there are more adventures and more flashbacks from the past to make things clearer.
